Thank you for joining Piece It Together, the monthly creative subscription from RE Treats Plymouth.

Our aim is to help you build confidence through enjoyable, achievable creative projects that you can complete in your own time.

These Terms & Conditions explain how the subscription works and what you can expect from us.

By subscribing to Piece It Together, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Piece It Together

Piece It Together is a monthly creative subscription offering guided craft projects designed to help you learn new skills and build confidence.

Depending on the subscription you choose, your membership may include:

• Monthly knitting or sewing patterns
• Step-by-step written instructions
• Stage-by-stage photographs
• Video tuition
• Live online clinics
• Subscriber-only resources
• Email support where applicable

The contents of each subscription are determined by the membership level selected at the time of purchase.

2. Subscription Plans

Different subscription plans include different benefits.

Your current membership benefits are shown at the point of purchase and may include:

• Piece It Together
• Piece It Together Creative Pass
• Piece It Together Guided Creative Pass

If you change your subscription level, the new benefits will apply from your next billing period unless otherwise stated.

3. Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly using Stripe.

Your subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled.

By subscribing, you authorise RE Treats Plymouth to collect the subscription payment using your chosen payment method.

If payment cannot be collected, access to subscription benefits may be suspended until payment has been received.

4. Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation will prevent future subscription payments but will not normally result in a refund for the current billing period.

Your subscription benefits will remain available until the end of your current paid subscription period.

No further payments will be taken after cancellation.

5. Cooling-Off Rights

If you purchase your subscription online, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

However, because Piece It Together provides digital content that is made available immediately after purchase, you may be asked during the purchase process to expressly agree that access to your subscription begins immediately and to acknowledge that, once digital content has been supplied, you may lose your statutory right to cancel in relation to that content.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

6. Previous Downloads

One of the benefits of Piece It Together is that you keep the patterns and resources you receive during your active subscription.

After cancelling your subscription:

• you may continue to use any patterns, instructions and resources already provided during your membership;
• you will not receive future monthly releases;
• you will lose access to subscriber-only benefits such as live clinics or member-only content where applicable.

7. Personal Use Licence

All subscription content remains the intellectual property of RE Treats Plymouth.

Your subscription gives you a personal licence to use the materials for your own enjoyment and learning.

You may not:

• share files with others;
• upload files to websites;
• distribute patterns;
• copy videos;
• reproduce teaching materials;
• sell our written instructions or patterns;
• use our content for commercial teaching without written permission.

You are welcome to sell physical items that you personally make from the patterns, unless a particular pattern specifically states otherwise.

8. Monthly Releases

We aim to release subscription content each month.

Occasionally, release dates may change due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where this happens, we will keep subscribers informed.

9. Videos and Live Clinics

Where included in your subscription:

• videos are provided to support your learning;
• live clinics are educational sessions designed to answer general project questions.

Live clinics are not private tuition sessions.

We may occasionally need to reschedule a clinic due to unforeseen circumstances.

10. Support

We want you to enjoy your subscription.

If you have questions about your current month's project, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Support is intended to help clarify instructions and techniques and should not be considered unlimited one-to-one tuition.

11. Availability

We make every effort to ensure our subscription services remain available.

Occasionally, services may be temporarily unavailable because of:

• software maintenance;
• internet outages;
• third-party service interruptions;
• circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will restore services as quickly as reasonably possible.

12. Changes to the Subscription

From time to time we may improve Piece It Together.

This may include:

• introducing new features;
• changing project formats;
• improving videos;
• updating written instructions;
• changing release schedules.

Where significant changes affect your subscription, we will give reasonable notice wherever possible.

13. Intellectual Property

All subscription content, including:

• patterns;
• instructions;
• photographs;
• videos;
• templates;
• worksheets;
• downloadable resources;
• branding;
• logos;

remain the intellectual property of RE Treats Plymouth.

They are protected by copyright law.

14. Liability

We take great care to produce accurate, easy-to-follow instructions.

However, individual results may vary depending on materials, equipment and experience.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RE Treats Plymouth accepts no liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of subscription materials.

15. Privacy

Any personal information collected as part of your subscription will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

16. Subscription Prices

We may review our subscription prices from time to time.

If the price of your existing subscription changes, we will give you at least 30 days' notice before the new price takes effect.

If you do not wish to continue at the revised price, you may cancel your subscription before the new price becomes effective.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in legislation or improvements to Piece It Together.

The latest version will always be available on our website.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
